What kind of football game is it?

Twelve Yards is a football mind game. Each match is a penalty shootout: five kicks each, then sudden death. When you shoot you choose the corner and the power; when you keep goal you choose where to dive. Both players choose at the same time, so every kick is a guess against a guess. It is quick to learn, a match takes a few minutes, and it rewards reading your opponent more than fast fingers.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every mode is free to play.

Can I play without an account?

Yes: the computer, Pass & Play and the training ground need no account. Online play and the Daily Penalty need a Google sign-in and are for players aged 18 and over.

Is there a multiplayer mode?

Yes: one on one or two against two online, and two players on one phone.
